First of all, sorry for popping into your inbox on a Saturday. But yet again, we just did... ;) As probably many of us, we see inspiration and some joy on a Saturday as time well spent, so here we go! And if not, please don’t hesitate to unsubscribe. If you’re still with us, let’s settle in and soak in what we have been up to these last weeks. And we will even look forward to our ever-evolving process of creation in our Amsterdam-based attic.
With Love & Patience, - The crew
Thank you for your letter, Tomek. It has been a way for the studio to reflect on the last months, and we thought it would be nice to share it just as it is.
Within the studios, whispers are starting to turn into actions, and actions are soon turning into objects. We are currently working on the next steps, which we would love to share with you IRL. Where in the world, we don’t know yet, but that it will be in a great place is a fact, and we plan to do it in a way that truly speaks to the philosophy of Patience®. We are very grateful for all the amazing people who pass by the Attic and for the beautiful conversations that we share. You know who you are! Thanks! We do want to highlight one of the heroes of the graphic and branding industry here in this newsletter.
He is not only amazingly skilled in his craft, but he is also just a genuinely great human being. We have been having chats and extended calls about evolution, 432 Hz (the frequency of love), and what Patience means to us.
Over the coming weeks, we will be in the process of creating what and how we would love to talk and communicate about Patience.
“The process is the outcome,” at least a big part of it ;) We can’t wait to share it step by step! Special thanks to you, David!
When we asked if he wanted to share something for this newsletter, this is what he sent.
(David Johnston, founder – Accept & Proceed.)
P.S. They have a great event on the 18th and 19th of Feb if you are interested in the future of retail and branding, and if you’re in London — minor detail ;)
As we continue to move, we continue to create products and experiences that feel right to us. Take a glimpse at some of the small moments of creation at Patience® this month. Just some Kodak moments. During the production of the “Patience Cups” with Willem Van Hooff, we explored three different mediums in the process. We had the ceramics of the cups, the textile pouch that protected the cup, and the box that adorned it all, engraved with the symbols made for the project.
A special shout out to David Johnston, Willem van Hooff, and Tomek Desru Aaron. Until next time. 2026. Patience.studio. All rights reserved.
